Most of the time, we cook because we have to eat, but while we do it, our head is stuck with the problem we still have to fix at work, a discussion we had with our partner, or a concern about our kids’ difficulty at school. How many times do we use the cooking time as a moment for our wellbeing?
The answer is: not enough.
Mindful cooking is the art of being present while cooking.
It is a simple practice you can include in your cooking routine to transform an unavoidable (and sometimes annoying!) activity into a healthy habit that will bring you peace of mind and increase your empowerment by stimulating your positive mindset.

What will we cook and when?

The classes are all in a real-time video call, they are not video pre-recorded. The cooking coach will cook with you and show you step by step how to prepare each plate from scratch. Participants will interact with us and each other all the time, while the activity is taking place there will be an opportunity to talk and to ask for advice and suggestions on different culinary topics.
