SEA BREEZE – SEA-FOOD BASED DINNER
The sea has always been very important to me, almost all my happiest memories are connected to the beach and beach meals with waves breaking a few meters away. With this menu I want you to accompany me back to my city, Savona, on the northwest coast of Italy and try the dishes of our tradition. For the appetizer and dessert, we play with fusions between the flavors of my land and my wife’s country, Bolivia.
Wine is included. After dessert, coffee and a herbal liqueur will be offered.

This has been the highlight of my lockdown. Isotta and Andrea are super sweet, kind and VERY patient. It felt like friends hanging out and cooking a nice meal. Their versatility is also great – combining the cooking and baking skills, best of both worlds! We had already 3 different sessions and we’re planning the next one. Super recommended!
